House Rules

  • We take the safety of our nudist neighbors and guests very seriously.  We reserve the right to do background checks on our guests.

  • Do not take any bath towels to the pool area.  We have provided you with beach/resort towels for your use.  Return all beach/resort towels to the unit.  We are not affiliated with Paradise Lakes Resort, so if you leave our towels there, we will not get them back.  Any missing bath or beach towels incur a $25 charge per towel.  Several guests lost a towel at the resort because they didn’t keep an eye on them, and another guest took it with them to dry off.  Mind your towels!

  • We provide you with the highest quality sheets and furnishings, so kindly DO NOT sit or lie on any furniture if you have suntan lotion, oil, or bronzer on.  SHOWER FIRST!  If we have to replace the sheets or have the furniture cleaned due to stains from sunscreen or bronzer, you will incur a $100+ charge or replacement cost for the ruined items.

  • Behind the E Dumpsters, we have a table where residents take your pre-loved, no-longer-needed, and fully functional items for donation.  If something tickles your fancy, feel free to take it.  Feeling generous?  Leave your pre-loved no-longer-needed items there, but please do not leave food, alcohol, beverages, sex toys, weapons, or any hazardous materials.

  • No visible business traffic or activities are allowed.

  • Please contact Doug at 727-644-1306 if you want our housekeeper to clean your room during your stay.  Additional cleanings are $85 each.

  • Check in is at 4:00 Pm and check out at 11:00 AM. Need more time? Just ask. If we can make it happen, we will.

  • 1. Check out is 11:00 am unless a different time has been pre-arranged.

    2. Please sign our guest book.  What memories would you like to share with future guests?

    3.  Return the GATE CARD and PARKING PASS to the hook by the door.

    4. Please leave any cleaned dishes in the dishwasher, strainer, or place back in the cabinets.

    5. Turn off the lights and ensure any remotes to the fans, TVs, or other devices are inside the unit.

    6. No need to strip the bed since you’re on vacation…we will take care of that for you!

    7. Place ALL towels in the bath tub or shower, even the ones you didn’t use, and not on the floor, bed, or furniture.  Wet bath towels left on the bed or the furniture will incur a $100 charge plus damages.

    8. Bag any excessive trash and take it out to the dumpster.  Locations are on the property map.

    9.  Set the thermostat to Auto Cool to 76 degrees.  Turn off the Constant Fan.

10.. Take one last look around the condo to ensure you didn’t forget anything.

    11. Make sure the door is locked behind you.

    12. Please text Doug at 727-644-1306 after you have checked out so our cleaning staff can prepare the condo for the next guest.

  • Turn off the air conditioning unit if you open any doors, sliding glass doors, or windows.  Please close them when leaving the condo, and turn the air conditioning back on.  DO NOT LEAVE DOORS OR WINDOWS OPEN THAT DON’T HAVE SCREENS ON THEM.

  • Drones are strictly prohibited.  Kindly respect the privacy of our residents and guests.

  • Paradise Lakes maintains a ZERO-TOLERANCE drug policy.  No pot smoking or vaping in our units, balconies, or common areas.  If you are seen smoking pot or using drugs in our condos or common areas, we will ask you to leave…before we contact the Pasco Sheriff’s Department and have you escorted off the property…without a refund.

  • All garbage must be contained in securely tied trash bags.  Units D-4, D-10, E-3, and H-13, use the dumpsters by the E building.  Units I-3, J-2, and R-2, use the dumpsters by the R building.  Cardboard recycling is by the E dumpsters, just break down your boxes.

  • If you plan getting a food delivery, you can give the driver our gate code if you call/text Doug at least 30 minutes IN ADVANCE of their arrival.  Please note we turn off our phones from 11:00pm - 7:00am and won’t be able to let them through at that time.

If you’re a habitual food delivery receiver and staying for a week or more, you can request a temporary gate code at the PLCA Office (Q-1).  Let Doug or Traci know so they can inform the PLCA Office that you need a code.  Bring your driver’s license.

  • There is a gate card in your unit that will allow you to enter Gate A (yellow line).  Roll down your window, and hold the gate card near the call pad to open the gate.  YOU WILL NEED THIS GATE CARD TO RE-ENTER PARADISE LAKES, SO DON’T FORGET IT!  THE CODE YOU USED TO GET IN RINGS OUR CELL PHONES.  WE TURN OFF OUR CELL PHONES FROM 11PM TO 7AM, SO IF YOU DON’T HAVE YOUR GATE CARD AND YOU’RE TRYING TO RETURN TO PARADISE LAKES, YOU’RE PROBABLY NOT GETTING BACK IN UNTIL 7:00 AM. Please ensure the gate card is back on the hook when you check out.  If it's not in the unit when you check out, there is a $100 fee to replace it.

Tailgating:  The gates are designed to let one car through at a time, so no tailgating!  In the event you have an accident at the gate, call Doug 727-644-1306 or Traci 941-228-0230 so an incident report can be filed.  If we don’t answer, please leave the time of the accident and the car(s) involved.

  • Your door lock is programmed to lock after 30 seconds. This means the deadbolt will be "out" after 30 seconds. To avoid replacing the lock, incurring a $200 charge, please do not allow the door to slam shut.  If you must open the door for over 30 seconds, please safely prop the door open.  If you open any doors, sliding glass doors, or windows, please turn the A/C off and close them back up if you leave the condo. DO NOT LEAVE DOORS AND WINDOWS OPEN WHEN YOU’RE NOT IN THE CONDO.  While Paradise Lakes is relatively safe and secure, we can not account for all other guests and residents.  We highly recommend locking your doors and using the safes provided in your units for your valuables.

  • Paradise Lakes Condominium Association (PLCA) requires ALL guests staying 30+ days must submit a Long-Term Application with PLCA, $150 application fee, $50 per pet application fee, provide updated pet vaccinations for rabies, pass a background check, be a member of a nudist organization (i.e. AANR), and go through an hour orientation with a PLCA Board Member.

  • Please behave in a manner that does not disturb the other residents and visitors.  Quiet hours are Monday-Saturday, from 11 PM TO 8 AM and Sunday from 10 PM to 8 AM.

  • You are staying in a nudist community.  Owners, renters, and occupants are requested to practice social nudism, weather and comfort permitting.  Whether you’re practicing social nudism or not, you are expected to behave in a manner consistent with the principles of social nudism, including respecting the rights of privacy of other residents and guests.

  • Just because Paradise Lakes is a nudist community and someone is naked does not mean they want to be touched or have sex with you.  We do have children in the community, so kindly refrain from overt public displays of affection.  Please show respect to other residents and guests.  Do not touch anyone without asking their permission.  NO MEANS NO.  If you’ve never been to a resort like this, feel free to ask Doug or Traci for tips on navigating this environment.

  • Our max overnight occupancy for our condos is limited to 2 people per bed.  All units are designed for two guests, except H-13 and R-2 which can accommodate up to 4 guests.

  • Membership fees to the resort are NOT included in your stay. You only need to pay the resort fees IF you wish to visit the resort. Please visit their website for current membership rates.

Check here for their current rates: https://paradiselakesresort.com

  • Parking is free and available on a first-come, first-served basis.  Please place our Parking Pass on the front windshield dashboard of your vehicle while parked on property.  THERE IS NO BACKING IN PARKING IN PLCA.  Do not back into parking spaces unless signage indicates it is okay.

  • We do not allow parties in our units.  If you are caught throwing a party and disturbing our neighbors, you will be asked to leave without a refund and lose your security deposit.  Additional charges will be assessed for damages.

  • Kindly respect the privacy of our residents and guests.  Taking pictures and recording video without permission of the subject(s) is prohibited.

  • We do not allow prostitution in our units.  You will be asked to leave without a refund if caught participating on either side of the transaction.

  • If you plan on using Uber or Lyft, you can give the driver our gate code if you call/text Doug at least 30 minutes IN ADVANCE of their arrival.  If you plan on returning to Paradise that evening, remember to take your Gate Card with you so you can get back in as we turn off our phones from 11:00pm - 7:00am.

  • We do not allow pets in our units. Anyone who brings a pet will be assessed a cleaning fee of $250. Service animals are allowed, and must provide proper documentation.

  • We Welcome Title II and Title III Service Animals. All Service Animals must be on a 6-foot leash when not in your unit.  Service Animal owners are required to clean up after their aides.  Service Animal owners are encouraged to use designated dog walk areas (see map). The dog walk areas are located near the wooded area at the end of “P” bldg., and on the North side of the wall entrance to Phase 3 (by the H building).  Please provide proof of current vaccinations for rabies for all Service Animals.

  • SEXUAL ACTIVITIES IN COMMON AREAS IS PROHIBITED.  A common area is anywhere outside your unit, including the Dock (between buildings C & D).  NPG guests who violate this rule will be asked to leave, and without a refund.

  • Sidewalks are for pedestrian use only. No motorcycles, bicycles, or golf carts are allowed on sidewalks.

Golf Carts are permitted on the Island Condo sidewalks. (Bldgs. T, U, V).

  • Evidence of smoking/vaping in the unit or on the balconies will result in a $250 cleaning charge.  Please see the map for designated smoking areas.

  • It's 10 MPH.  Kindly obey all STOP SIGNS, and watch for pedestrians and golf carts.  Do not pass golf carts.

  • We make every effort to provide you with the highest quality sheets and furnishings, so kindly DO NOT sit or lay on any furniture if you have suntan lotion, oil, or bronzer on.  SHOWER FIRST!  $100 charge if we have to replace the sheets or have the furniture cleaned due to stains from sunscreen or bronzer.

  • Please don’t take any of our bath towels to the pool area. We have provided you with beach towels for your use. We are not affiliated with Paradise Lakes Resort, so if you leave the towels anywhere outside our units, we will not get them back.   To avoid incurring a $25 fee per towel, all towels must be returned to the unit.

  • Being a good nudist means using a tushy towel.  If you choose to go “commando” (nude), please use the “tushy towels” provided to cover the areas you are sitting on. DO NOT sit or lie on any furniture if you are naked, are wearing suntan lotion, oil, or bronzer.  Furniture damage or additional cleaning fees will be charged as a result.

  • Please report any damages or equipment malfunctions immediately so we may address them.  Damages not reported within 24 hours of check-in may be your responsibility.

  • Do not give Door Dash or Uber Eats our gate codes.  Take your gate card, and meet your driver at the front of the gate for best results.  You can request a temporary gate code if you stay for 2+ weeks.  Go to the PLCA Office (Q-1) with your driver’s license, let them know you want a temporary gate code.

  • Most of our units have a washer/dryer in the condo.  (Gettin' Freaky in the Tiki J-2 does NOT).  Do not “overstuff” the appliances as they aren’t designed to handle large loads.  Should you need to do larger loads of laundry, there is a coin laundry facility just outside the entrance to Paradise Lakes Resort by the RV Park.  If you’re staying longer than a week in our condo units, we are more than happy to provide you a set of clean sheets and towels at no charge.

Thank you for staying with us at Paradise Lakes and especially with Naked Pineapple Getaways!
